A year later

Hello friends I haven't written in almost a year, but I wanted to give closure to my diet. I lost a total of 6 pounds, I did not restrict myself on any foods I just cooked everything myself. In the first 5 days I lost 3 pounds. However, I stopped cooking shortly after that. I ate whatever was laying around the house and I ate the food my mom cooked and stopped counting my calories. I did not gain any of the weight back, until I traveled and ate a lot of street food. It was my fault that I gained the weight back, because I was
Able to keep it off for a very long time without sacrificing my cravings. While I traveled my diet consisted of 2 coconuts a day, plus multiple meals. As you know a coconut has around 1,025 calories, now imagine all the unburned calories my body had. I recommend cooking at home to be a great weight loss strategy, as long you stay away from coconuts (kidding). Here are some pictures of
